Refund Policy

What you are buying

Pro is access to unlimited CV tailoring while that access is active, plus job matching and voice interviews. The prices shown in the app are R199.99 for a month of access and R1999.99 for a year of access. Checkout is on Gumroad. This is not a pack of credits.

How to request a refund

The current published request is: email nyamfusima@gmail.com within 7 days of the Gumroad purchase with:

• The email address on your myCVtailor account
• The date of the Gumroad purchase
• Whether you bought monthly or yearly Pro

We do not refund from this website. A refund has to be completed in Gumroad. After Gumroad notifies this app of that refund, Pro access from that sale is removed. If another unrefunded purchase is still inside its access period, that access stays.

What this request does not cover

• Requests sent more than 7 days after the purchase
• Accounts that have broken the Terms of Service

There is no partial refund based on unused credits, because Pro is not sold as credits.
