1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using myCVtailor.co.za (the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

myCVtailor.co.za rewrites a CV against a job description. A free account includes 3 CV tailors per monthly reset window, plus 3 cover letters every 30 days, ATS breakdowns, dashboard history, and master CV storage. Pro, while access is active, adds unlimited tailoring and cover letters, job matching, and voice interviews. You need to sign in to use the app.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

4. Plans and payments

The prices shown in the app are R199.99 for monthly Pro access and R1999.99 for yearly Pro access. Payments are taken by Gumroad. After a purchase is confirmed by our server, Pro access lasts until the expiry date on your account. This app does not sell a credit balance, and unused tailors are not a currency that can be transferred. Whether Gumroad bills the same product again is configured in Gumroad. A query parameter in the browser does not turn on Pro by itself.

5. Refund Policy

The published refund request is described on the Refunds page. It applies to Pro access purchased through Gumroad, not to a pack of credits. Email nyamfusima@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase if you want to request that refund. The app does not issue the refund itself.

6. Data and Privacy

CV text, job descriptions, tailored CVs, master CV files, and interview transcripts are stored so the product can show history and saved files. They are also sent to the processors named in the Privacy Policy. Raw uploaded CV text is cleared after 90 days, and you can delete your account and data yourself from the dashboard. We do not sell that content. The Privacy Policy is the detailed description.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all CVs and documents you upload or generate using the Service. myCVtailor.co.za does not claim any rights over your content.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

myCVtailor.co.za is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any job application outcomes or decisions made by employers based on CVs generated by the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
